Cold & Cough Oil Blend

Phew.. cold and cough just stops our life at the moment and the irritation it causes worsens the condition. Use our blend for a week and feel the difference how it relieves and eases you.
How to use / apply:
- Apply 3-4 drops on chest and back each and rub gently for a while.
- Apply on sides of the nose.
- Inhale (smell) the aroma of oil with deep breathing (cupping) whenever you apply it.
- You can also put 2-3 drops on your pillow, tissue or hanky for inhalation.
- Use around 8 drops in a diffuser of water capacity 500 ml.
